2. Subscription Payments

3. Refund Eligibility

- Service outages or technical issues that prevent access to core platform functionality for an extended period.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial subscription periods.
- Unused features or services.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to cancel before renewal.
- User configuration or setup issues not caused by Lumina.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous payments.
