If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform during the trial period before purchasing a paid subscription.

2. Subscription Payments

All subscription fees are charged in advance based on the selected billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Billing errors caused by our system.
  • Service outages or technical issues that prevent access to core platform functionality for an extended period.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Partial subscription periods.
  • Unused features or services.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal.
  • User configuration or setup issues not caused by Lumina.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous payments.
